Denis, an orphan, is from a rural village in Buikwe District, Uganda. He lives with his aunt. He is a serious student who loves math and computers. He has always wanted to be a doctor and has performed well academically through secondary school and was accepted to auniversity diploma program in Pharmacy which will give him very marketable skills. His full university sponsorship, including all textbooks and full room and board, is $2,400/year. He has one co-sponsor but still needs additional co-sponsors (for a total $1,700/year) to complete his program.
