Leticia (age 22)is in her LAST year of her Public Administration (BS) degree at Kampala International University. She is a dedicated young woman who has worked hard against challenging odds to come this far with her education. She was raised by a single mother as her father passed away from HIV/Aids when she was a young girl. Her mother has only a Primary 6 education. She is performing well in her university program and looks forward to using her skills to support her mother and future family.
