Abigail (age 12) is a bright, intelligent young girl who is top of her school academically. She is in 6th grade. She excels in mathematics and hopes to become a nurse. She currently walks up to two hours a day to get to her village school. Abigail is quiet and thoughtful, and is always expressing gratitude for the support she receives, especially for the opportunity to go to school and receive and education.
